HOW WE PRACTICE

A Unified Approach to Growth, Connection, and Truth

By focusing on these three pillars — knowing thyself, knowing each other, and knowing the truth — we can live in alignment with our highest potential, fostering a community of mutual support, authenticity, and transformation. Through practical tools and insights, we create a living practice that nurtures growth, connection, and a deeper understanding of the truth that permeates all things.

KNOWING THYSELF:

Embodying Truth and Personal Growth

The foundation of our practice begins with knowing oneself — understanding our innermost desires, fears, perceptions, and aspirations. This process of self-discovery is essential for transformation and alignment with our deepest values. We embrace vulnerability and trust ourselves fully, acknowledging that we are inherently good and deserving of unconditional love.

Self-Reflection & Meditation: Regular self-reflection and meditation help us witness our thoughts, actions, and emotions. This practice fosters awareness and understanding of our personal programming and conditioning.

Integrity & Commitment: Aligning our actions with our truth. Practicing integrity by speaking truth, sticking to our word, and being consistent in our values.

Patience: Cultivating patience within the growth process — recognizing that personal transformation takes time and embracing it with grace.

Embodied Awareness: Honouring the body through conscious movement, healthy nourishment, and staying active. The body is a vehicle for spiritual and personal growth.

Courage & Empowerment: The courage to confront our limitations and step into our power, making choices aligned with our deepest values, free from fear and self-imposed restrictions.

Openness to Learning: Continuous philosophical, psychological, physical, metaphysical, and spiritual learning that challenges and refines our beliefs, helping us understand different perspectives and grow beyond rigid ideologies.

KNOWING EACH OTHER:

Building Authentic Connection and Mutual Support

Our growth is not just an individual journey but a shared experience within community. Knowing each other means recognizing the sacredness in everyone, seeing each other through a lens of empathy, understanding, and non-judgment. This process requires us to relate to others with authenticity and openness, while still honouring our sovereignty and individuality.

Radical Honesty: Practicing radical honesty by speaking from direct experience, without filters, allowing for authentic communication. This builds trust and encourages vulnerability.

Empathy & Witnessing: Practicing empathy by stepping into the shoes of others, understanding their experiences, and relinquishing judgments. Witnessing others' growth without imposing your perspective on them.

Meeting People Where They Are: Recognizing and honouring that everyone is on their own unique journey. Meeting others at their level of understanding while providing space for their growth.

Service Without Self: Engaging in selfless service, giving to others without expectation of recognition or reward. This fosters a sense of unity and connection in the community.

Building Trust & Respect: Trusting and respecting the sovereignty of others while balancing authority. Continually verifying the shared values within the community and maintaining a harmonious relationship with one another.

Projections & Attachments: Confronting projections we place on others, as well as self-imposed limitations. Letting go of attachments and judgments to allow for mutual growth and deeper connection.

KNOWING TRUTH:

Living Aligned with Reality

The pursuit of knowing the truth involves aligning ourselves with what is consistently true, embracing the paradoxes and ambiguities that life presents. This is a dynamic process that requires openness, humility, and courage to explore the deeper layers of reality. The truth is not a fixed concept but a continuous unfolding that requires presence, awareness, and a commitment to growth.

Silence & Stillness: Engaging in silent gatherings and stillness to connect with the deeper truth within. Silence offers a space for truth to emerge without distraction or agenda.

Inquiry Circles & Self-Questioning: Participating in inquiry circles to explore profound questions like "Who am I?" without rushing to answers. Embracing uncertainty and questioning what we think we know opens us up to new perspectives.

Embodied Truth: Grounding spiritual insights in the body through movement, art, and creative expression. Truth is not just a mental understanding but something that must be felt and lived through the body.

Openness to Paradox: Embracing paradoxes and questions without easy answers. Instead of rushing to conclusions, we sit with the ambiguity and allow truth to emerge naturally.

Radical Openness & Letting Go: Practicing radical openness by accepting the richness of "not-knowing," and being open to deeper truths that may challenge our beliefs. Letting go of rigid boundaries and preferences, allowing ourselves to evolve and adapt.

Witnessing the Process: Recognizing that every moment, no matter how mundane, is an expression of the undivided reality appearing in form. Every experience is part of the unfolding truth.
